May Day Rally - Trafalgar Square, London - 2006 The Demonstration was organised by the Voices for Lebanon and Palestine group who state that Britain must demand an unconditional cease fire now. Speakers included Alexei Sayle, Bruce Kent, Maxine Peake, Bill Paterson, Tony Benn, Kika Markham, Corin Redgrave, Sam West, Andy de la Tour, Murad Qureshi AM, John Austin MP, speakers from Lebanon and Palestine and more. The Socialist Workers Party made their customary appearance. The following photographs depict the demonstration and those that spoke.

Annual New Year Winter Fair -  Hyde Park - 2006 Created by theatrical magicians Royal de Luxe - The Sultan’s Elephant was an extraordinary experience that captured the imagination of all who saw it. Thousands of Londoners came to the centre of the capital over the May weekend and thousands more happened upon the spectacle as the majestic elephant and the little girl giant passed through Piccadilly and Trafalgar Square, St James’s Park and Haymarket. Started over 20 years ago - the New Year’s Day Parade London has become the  biggest event of its kind in the world and boasts a street-side audience of more than a million. The Frost Fair. South Bank 2006 The Living Museum in St James's Park - July 2005. Opened by HRH The Prince of Wales on 4th July to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of World War 2 The aircraft carrier HMS Illustrious visited London, her affiliated City, from 10 – 15 November 2006. Annual Exmouth Street Festival and the London Oasis Sculpture at Clerkenwell 2006
The 2nd Anniversary of the events of September 11th Celebration of 60 years since VE day - London May 2005 Battle of Britain Memorial - Embankment.        

London Tube and Bus Bombings July 2005
London Underground Bombings of 7th July 2005 The days that followed the bombings of the London Transport System The impromptu memorial of flowers and cards left by Londoners and tourists at Kings Cross Station became so large that it had to be moved to another position. Desperate relatives of those missing put up posters appealing for information. A two minute silence was held one week after the bombing on 14th July 2005
